The Central Election Commission has published the final results for the country's 35 municipalities today, up from 38 in total.
CEC Chairman KEC Kreshnik Radoniqi stressed that the results will be published in Pristina, Junik and Mamusha, as there are annexes in PZAP still under consideration.
The municipalities that have first round, according to the CEC, are like the following:
In the City Decanit It has won Union Ramosaj from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo with 8,645 votes, or 50.8%.
On Han of Elez The winner has emerged from the Democratic Party of Kosovo by 2,725 votes, or 51.26%.
On Malisheve First came Ekrem Kastrati from the Social Democrat Initiative, with 11,348 votes or 52.50%.
On Ferizaj The winner in the first round came up Agim Aliu PDK with 29,787 votes or 56.47%.
Kemal Aliu has won Add by 50.46% or 7,325 votes.
LVV got it. Podujevan without a run-off with speed, Bulqi with 21.080 votes, or 53.67%.
On SkenderajSami Lushtaku came out first with 83.36% or 13,042 votes.

Gazmend LDK Muhajer heads to runoff in Pec With 46,25% or 19,786 votes, along with LVV's Taulant Kelmendi, which came in second with 11,883 votes, or 27.8%.
Prizren In the run-off, Sacir Totaj of the PDK holds 41.45% or 26,427 votes with Artan Abrashin of LV with 30.39% or 19,375 votes.
On Whisper In the second round, Ferit Idrizi from the PDK will go with 13,799 votes, or 45.24% and Sylejman Meholli from LV with 9,399 votes, or 30,81%.
On Year in the run-off go to Sokol Haliti of LDK with 7,874 votes or 38,01% and LVV's Arsim Ademi with 6,930 votes or 33,46%.
On Suhareka, Bali Muharremaj of AAK with 12,937 votes, or 45.42%, heads for the run-off with Adrian Shala of LDK with 8,922 votes, or 31,32%.
On Rahovec, Smajl Latifi of the AAK with 37,18% or 8,078 votes is in a run-off with Ali Dula of LV with 23,93% or 5,199 votes.
On Obilic, Jhafer Gashi of LDK with 46,20% or 5,859 votes is in the second round, along with LVV's Halil Thaci with 44,37% or 5,266 votes.
On Kosovo field In the run-off are the LVV Valon Prebreza with 9,733 votes, or 45,15%, and LDK's Besnik Osmani with 7,902 votes or 36,66%.
The second round of elections will be held on November 9th.
