The State Department wrote that the United States has no obligation to accommodate foreigners who wish for the death of Americans. The State Department added that six posts in social media should be followed by further visa annulments.
The State Department continues to identify the visa holders who celebrated the terrible murder of Charlie Kirk”, said Tuesday's statement.
The six people whose visas were revoked were from Argentina, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Germany and Paraguay. It is not clear when the department revised visas and what kind of visa each person wore.
The announcement of visa annulment came on the same day that President Trump gave Kirk after his death the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Trump has described Kirk as a martyr and blamed what he called far left radicals for the murder.
Kirk was shot dead on September 10th at the University of Utah Valley while speaking to thousands of people at The American Comeback tournament organised by his organisation, Touring Point USA. Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested as a suspect two days later and charged with serious murder by state prosecutors./Periscopi/
