He in a Facebook post has said Xhafer Tahiri's move conflicts with the principles of the demographic and respect for the LDK's tourisms.
The digger has further called for unity and return to values that have made the LDK a common home.
On the other hand, he claims that the LDK is bigger than everyone.
Full Posting:
As a multi-year-old former Branch Speaker and LDK Branch Speaker in Vushtrri, I feel the moral and political obligation to express my position on the recent actions of the current branch chairman, who has taken steps to create a coalition without consulting party bodies and in opposition to the LDK statute.
The move, except against the institutional spirit of the Democratic League of Kosovo, undermines the principles of internal democracy and respect for party legitimate structures.
Today, even the centre of LDK reacted clearly by not supporting such an action, which makes it even more necessary to return to the regular statuteic path.
Yesterday, the chairman of the branch has invited only elected assemblyists to the meeting, putting aside other party structures and its legitimate organs. Even more disturbing is the fact that, according to confirmed information, those present have been brought into disarray with the claim that this meeting and decision on political co-operation have received approval from the LDK centre, which today was clearly exposed by the centre itself, which does not support such an action.
However, despite differences, I as the former chairman and member who have given much for this branch, call for unity, discretion and return to values that have made the LDK a common home of all who believe in democracy, law and responsibility.
It's time for reflection and unity, not separation.
The LDK is bigger than any of us, and only through respect to the statute and common decision making can we maintain the strength and trust of citizens.
Dr. Enter Gergur
Former Branch Chairman
LDK Branch Honor Speaker in Vushtrri
