The three indictees face grave charges of involvement in the events of September 24th 2023 in the village of Banjska in the Zvecan municipality, where an armed attack on the Kosovo Police led to the death of Sergeant Africa Bulnjak and the injuries of several other members of police.
So far they have witnessed several police officials who were participating in the counterattack at Zvecan Banjska and have also witnessed protected witnesses.
On September 11th 2024, Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges against 45 people among them, including Milan Radojicic for the armed attack on Banjska, eo follows.
