The side involved did not possess the receipt or relevant documentation that confirms the origin or purpose of using these products.
The goods have been temporarily banned until the completion of further procedures, while against the person responsible has been initiated a procedure for countercrime, in line with legislation in force.
Kosovo customs has stressed that it remains committed to preventing smuggling and protecting citizens' health, acting carefully in any case that poses danger to the market and public safety.
