He was sentenced to two years in prison and 1,000 euros in fines, this court's communique announces Periscope.
The defendant, on July 14th 2025, in Gjakova, without authorization, has sold substances or parameters which by law have been declared narcotics, psychotrope or analogic substances, in a way that DHTN investigators have observed, in which one moment the buyer E.V. has approached, and in the critical moment the defendant has handed this last bag of narcotics in exchange for more than five euros. Four (4) bags filled with narcotics, as well as a (1) bank notes worth 5 euros, have been found and seized. On the part of investigators, emergency search and raid on the defendant's residence have been carried out, with all of them being found and seized in a total of nineteen (19) bags of marijuana-like narcotics substance, eight (8) bags of cocaine narcotics, as well as a (1) shell of the 9 forefathers m”.
After testing by the Criminals and Forenzics Agency (AKF), it has been found to be about narcotic substances weighing 14.09 grams and cocaine 2.86 grams”, the report says.
