On Thursday, the Special Prosecutor has filed a request for appointing the detention measure to suspects for carrying out criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorised selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogo”.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has submitted to the Constitutional Court in Pristina request for the appointment of the detention measure to suspects S.J.
“According to the request allegedly S.J., intended to transport narcotics to another state”, the prosecution's announcement said.
During the search of the truck, which the suspect was leading, the amount of suspected narcotics, allegedly transported from the Republic of Albania, has been located and seized at the destination of the European Union.
