Bail vote count begins

According to the CEC, the polls to be recounted belong to three municipalities.

After the outcome of the vote counting from abroad, the QNR has begun recounting five positions, according to the PZAP command. The locations which will be recounted belong to various municipalities, such as: South Mitrovica (11/10/01 and 11/10/06) Kamenica (1019/01 and 1020/01) and Podujevo (1807/02)”, the CEC's announcement said.

The CEC has announced that following planned activities, during today's day at the CNR, will be started with the count of ballots belonging to the conditional vote and those of persons with special needs.

The conditional vote is conducted at 54 special locations in 38 municipalities, while voting of persons with special needs has been conducted out of place, through mobile teams during election day”, the report said.

The CEC has announced that on Monday around midnight the process of counting ballots from voting outside Kosovo has been completed.

“These ballotings belong to the voting process outside Kosovo, carried out via mail from September 17th to October 11th 2025, which were withdrawn from the CEC mailbox in 22 different states, as well as from the CEC postbox in Kosovo”, the report said.

According to the CEC, the voter list scan is continuing.

“In the QNR is developing the voter List scan process. This step is essential for ensuring the integrity of the electoral process, as scanning allows for comparing voter turnouts in regular polls with those who have voted on bail. The goal is to identify the evental cases when a person has voted twice: at the regular location and on condition of”, the announcement says.
