Four articles related to two witnesses in the case of former KLA leaders are accepted on trial

The decision, which was made on October 28th 2025, was made following Thaci's defence request, represented by lawyer Luka Misetic. The request was made on October 17th 2025 and was considered handed over in time as soon as the defence received the relevant material, reports “Justice Trust“, transport Periscope.

This request was not rejected by the Special Prosecutor's Office.

The defence had said that these evidence is relevant and that no party is harmed by their accession, as they will have the opportunity to question each of the relevant witnesses.

Evidence related to the witness is said to be English and Albanian versions of an interview of the witness published in “Voice”.

This article reportedly relates to the witness's experience in Kosovo during 1998 and 1999. Likewise, for the US role in Kosovo, the interaction of witness with the KLA, and especially with Thaci.

A version of this interview had been accepted earlier in material testing, and according to the juro, this version does not change the preliminary material.

And for documents related to witness 1DW-009, they are from the official document of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on June 25th 1999, including various decrees removing the state of war, as well as a partial translation into English.

According to the court, these documents relate to the period of armed conflict, the upcoming testimony of 1DL-009, especially its role in interaction with Serbian authorities, including instruments and processes to end the conflict.
