According to the prosecution, there is doubt based on the fact that on the date 25,09,2021, around 10:00 in Pristina, the “Ulpiana”, respectively, in his apartment, the unauthorized defendant is deliberately possessed by the intent of selling or distributing substances or para forthions that are declared by law as narcotics, in a way that, after the critical day with the B.T. defendant, distributes 205 gram cocaine substances to defendants B.T. and N.L., in order to transport the same way after carrying them to the Tirana's former Republic of Northern Macedonia, (4)> With this, the same has committed criminal work “Bler, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogo”, follows Periscope.
