Armed robbery in Duhhl, suspects stole cash-filled envelopes

Police spokesman for the Prizren region, Sacir Bytyqi told Clankosova.tv that robbers allegedly stole the victim's cash envelopes, broadcasts Periscope.

“Today, on the date 24.10.2025, about 7:45, a 44-year-old male person, reported to the police that while he was running a type of van vehicle, private mail, on the way out of the highway to the village of Duhel, he was detained and attacked by unknown persons”.

The suspects, under threat and force, have received several closed envelopes allegedly containing money. The victim has no injuries and does not know the exact amount of money stolen, since envelopes have been closed”, says Bytyqi's response.

Police have reacted immediately and are dealing intensively with the case.

So far, Bytyqi said there were allegedly several persons involved and were armed, they have left the scene with a type “Golf”.

Investigations are under way with the aim of identifying and arresting suspects.
