Two months ago, on August 18th respectively, the Independent Supervisor Council for the Kosovo Civil Service (KPMSHCK) has cancelled for the second time the competition for general director of the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) following complaints made by Arian Islami, Faithful Ukmata and Lendita Kika-Berisha candidates.
Pollsters had claimed that the recruiting procedure was developed through legal violations, stressing that the leader of the human resource unit has acted on the recommendation of the Corruption Prevention Agency and that candidates who fail to meet the competition criteria are also included on the list.
