You who have always been the heart of Gjilan, wherever you live and work, I approach you with gratitude and confidence. Thanks to you, Gjilan has always won! Once again, on November 9, we have a great opportunity to turn our city around and open the chapter of the new Gjilan, the city of development, dignity, and unity.
