He was convicted of killing his wife, Enkeleida Danaj, the case in May 2024 in the Greek capital, writes Top Channel.
Under the court's ruling, 52-year-old had acted deliberately and under the influence of the motives of jealousy and control.
After the act, he had left the scene and had temporarily stayed in a hotel, where he was then arrested by police.
According to the murder case file, everything began in May 2024 when 52-year-old arrived at the victim's house about 0600 in the morning of that day.
At the time, the victim had left for work. Then the husband attacked him and stabbed him more than 14 times, leaving him dead.
The 52-year-old trial of this terrible murder began today in the court's audience mixed with testimony from the victim's daughter and the perpetrators' author.
The 22-year-old girl, who after her mother's brutal murder took over the growth of her younger brother, went out to testify and, without even seeing her father, told judges and lawyers that she really never regretted his terrible crime.
“We talked once. He apologized, but then he started to curse his mother.”, said the 52-year-old daughter, who was submitted to support the prosecution in her father's trial, a marriage killer.
