The defendant then hits him with the same knife, causing cutting and piercing wounds on both sides of his neck. The girls' cries also wake up his wife, R.G., who enters the lobby and tries to stop the defendant in which he suffers injuries on his face and left hand.

After a brief clash, damaged R.G., it has managed to push the defendant into the bedroom, where he closes and blocks the door with the furniture, thus providing the opportunity to call for help.

Meanwhile, as a result of the injuries suffered, the victim, U.S., changes his life at the scene.

With these actions, the defendant M.G. has committed the criminal act “heavy murder” according to the KPRK.
