According to the indictment, defendant A.B., in the quality of the instructor at an auto school in Pristina, has accepted 200 euros in bribes from a candidate to enable the passage of a practical driving test.
While defendants F.S., E.Q., S.M. and V.V., in the quality of the Commission's license of auto schools, allegedly exceeded legal competencies with the aim of illegal material gain.
