In the announcement of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, two defendants are reportedly charged that from the date of 20,07.23 to 11,08.23, in Skenderaj, in co-ordination with willfulness and full awareness, defendants in the country have been encountered doing work without permission of construction required under the law.
Also, defendants A.A., and A.A. are accused of co-ordination and deliberately, contrary to legally defined obligations, they do not place the equipment for protection so that during the mine of ten (10) feet below the level of asphalt has come to massive soil slides, which, in addition to the damage caused on public property along two roads as well as the wall of the child's building nest, have also caused considerable damage to private property damaged by F.S. and D. J”, said the prosecutor's announcement.
The prosecution has proposed that the two defendants be found guilty of criminal acts and be pronounced prior criminal sanctions with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
