Of LVV's votes, Alban Hyseni of the diaspora has received 51.77%, while LDK's Arber Ismajli 36.32% attends Periscopi.
But so far it is insufficient for Alban Hyseni to win without a run-off, when the vote of the seven seats remains.
Of the overall results provided by the CEC, Alban Hyseni has 49.82% of the vote, while Arber Ismajli 34.30.
