After two days of ban by order of a special prosecutor, the tender-making suspect at a value of over eight million euros has been released Thursday.
Ahmet Tahiri, the suspect's defence lawyer, has made the news known.

Lulzim Bajrami, the base of Xhafer Tahiri, the LDK candidate for mayor of Vushtrri, was arrested Tuesday along with two others in a action by the Directorate for Investigation of Kosovo Police Economic Crimes.
Police said the economic crimes have provided evidence that provides evidence that Bajrami, in the quality of AME procurement official, an agency operating under the umbrella of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MPB) “has helped economic operators announce the winner in specific tenders”.

At the order of the case's special prosecutor, Bajrami went to a 48-hour ban on Tuesday.
