5 years in prison for Albanian carrying drugs to Kosovo, via mountain roads

The Department of War Crimes at the Gjakova Court has declared a conviction case against indictees E.C., a citizen of the Republic of Albania, who was charged with criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorised sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”. The panel, led by Mayor Sultan Dobraj, after completing the trial, declared the case with which the defendant was convicted and sentenced to prison terms during the length of five years, as well as fine sentences of 2,000 euros.
The Court's official announcement says:
The defendant is charged with carrying the narcotic from Albania to Kosovo via mountain roads, while the same substance is deposited in the home of defendant J.B., to facilitate transport, as his home is the last in the village of Devu, to the border belt with Albania, where it can easily cross Albania's territory on foot for about 40 minutes. The defendant E.C. finds and contacts potential narcotics buyers and, through his number of phone +355..., communicates with the defendant J.B., to make sure he's home, because the buyer will come to get the narcotic substance. He then instructs the defendant J.B., to take the buyers to certain locations and send them to his home, and instructs him in the amount of narcotics he needs to give to the buyers, referring to “, the former” and the “today=x4>. During the search conducted behind the defendant's home, two bags of cannabis (Marihua) substance, with a total weight of 32kg of 092 grams”, have been found.
The sides have a right to complaint in the 30-day term, from the day of acceptance of the written form of bias.
