No 48 hours for prosecutor Bequra suspected of accepting bribes

According to the prosecution, the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Crime in Kosovo Police, on the basis of the order issued by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, have conducted raids on the work office and the suspect's residence.
“During the raid material evidence has been seized that will serve during the criminal investigation procedure. The Special Prosecutor, within the legal deadline set out in the Criminal Procedure Code, will apply for the appointment of the detention measure against the suspects. The Special Prosecutor, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, re-exemplifies commitment to the fight against corruption and to bringing all persons suspected of committing criminal acts of corruption”, the prosecution's announcement said.
Based on a audioincist that has provided “Justice Vow fight”, Shala has been bribed 350 euros by a suspect's lawyer not to appoint the same amount of detention.
