One person, the S.J., was arrested under suspicion of criminal activity “Blery, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogue”, and the same was banned for 48 hours at the SPRC's decision.
“By order of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has been arrested S.J., under suspicion of committing criminal work “Blerja, ownership, distribution and unauthorised selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogo”. Suspect S.J. has been detained in the Pristina region, and in the truck he was leading has been found and seized an amount of narcotics substance, which is suspected to be over 200kg of”.
“The investigators from the Directorate for Investigation of Narcotics along with the Special Prosecutor are taking the necessary investigative actions in line with the Criminal Procedure Code and the laws in force.
