What Is Known About Brezovica

The Brezovica file is one of the largest corruption files in Kosovo. People on the Serbian list, former Ministers of the Shtrpce municipality, and Albanian and Serbian businessmen and politicians are included in the vicinity.

So far, the Peja Court has declared a verdict on 08.11.2024 on Mustafe Hysen, indicted in the “Brezovica” case for misusing official non-action task. He has been sentenced to six months in prison with the possibility of replacing him with a fine of 5 thousand euros.

In this case, besides Hysen, another 11 people are charged with criminal acts as abuse of office, bribery, bribery, duty and illegal weapons related to issuing construction permits in the protected area of Brezovica.

Bratislav Nikolic, Dimitrije Raciq, Dragomir Milosavljevic, Hysni Bajrami, Sasa Milosavljevic, Arben Citaku, Bedri Halimi, Huseyin Aydini, Sasa Spasic and Jardan Kostiq are the other indictees in this case.

The trial against the accused is under way at the Pec Court.

The trial is continuing for 11 other people.

What does the prosecution's indictment say?
