Wessel's lawyer requires that some names in the expert's report be public, the court did not approve.

Kadri Wessel's lawyer, Colleen Rohan, again requested clarification on the privacy part of the Goodwin expert's report. The chief judge said it would be done as it is now and no names will be mentioned. The chief judge then said that the report and letters with instructions would be published and edited. We have some names that should not be mentioned aloud. Relatives, for example, who have given the samples the best not to mention”, the chief judge said.
Wessel's lawyer, Colleen Rohan, said individuals who are public should be named after.
In view of this, two of the 26 potential victims are edited, and this will be mentioned and under circumstances where family members are identifiable then these should not be public. But individuals who are public, at least I judge that we should name them. The reason we don't make this public is because a certain victim or a witness has protective measures in the courtroom. There are also psychological consequences that can have victims, witnesses, relatives and protecting”, said Prosecutor James Pace.
The prosecutor added that he does not understand why he does not continue as he has continued so far.
The chief judge addressed the lawyer saying I don't understand why you go so far to the name job. We have this information on our own, and that's enough”.
After that, Rohan said that in any trial information should be public.
Any trial, we need to make sure the information is public”, Rowan said.
The chief judge said that they too know this but that in this case they are not convinced that information is public to all names and that, according to him, it is already a decision.
After that, the witness was called back to the courtroom to continue with his testimony, and the questions are asking Rohan. /Justice Trust/
