Appeals have been made by the Kosovo Hydromeorology Institute for drivers to increase communication care.
According to the IHPC, the next week is expected to have typical winter temperatures.
“You are advised to take extra care of driving and adapt vehicles to atmospheric conditions. The next week is presented with typical winter temperatures”, the IHPC report said.
