Kosovo police have announced that after obtaining information via operational routes, a search operation has been conducted at a local site and several surveillance objects of this bar on the “15 road. June” in the city of Gjilan, with suspicion of organizing the games of fate.
According to the report, the search has been carried out with permission and co-ordination with the State Prosecutor, during which inspection by police officials has been found and seized as evidence of the court: three (3) television, two (2) computer houses, two (2) monitors, one (1) laptop, one (1) printer, nine (9) fortune - game tickets, and a lot of cash.
“Under investigative actions, the police officials have been identified and arrested the suspected N.G. (Kosovo male, 1971 birth year), which allegedly organised the event. ” said in notification.
The PK has indicated that under the State Prosecutor's decision the suspect has been sent to the hold for 48 hours and that criminal charges for criminal acts will be filed with pyramid schemes and illegal gambling.
