VV organises free travel from 13 German cities for elections. Who's paying?

The Vetevendosje movement is doing its best to bring as many voters from the diaspora as possible to vote physically on February 9th for general elections, writes Periscopi.
For this already the ruling party (LVV) has been activated by organising free bus trips from several German cities to its voters.
Of Germany's 13 cities, there will be free travel to Kosovo.
The departure from various German state cities will take place on February 6th, three days before the election date.
Periscopi has asked some tourist agencies that have regular German lines -- Kosovo or Kosovo -- Germany -- where they have shown that the price of a return card on these dates costs nothing less than 100 euros.
A bus usually has between 50 and 55 seats.
Making it a simple account: 13 buses with 55 seats, where the ticket price is 100 euros, turns out to be a total of 71,500 euros.
But a big question remains whose money these tickets will be paid.
Kosovo taxpayers or the money the ruling party has available for the February 9th elections?
Periscop sources within the Vetevendosje Movement have said that in addition to securing bus travel, this political subject already has an agreement with an airline company so that anyone who is VV voters can come by plane to vote on February 9th.
Even here, it is not known whose money all aircraft tickets are paid.
All that is known so far is that the media have reported that both voters and VV militants from the diaspora have filled dozens of ballots and sent them to Kosovo.
For these vote abuses, the State Prosecutor has immediately been activated, authorising Kosovo police to launch investigations so that there will be no violation or deviation of the will of citizens for general elections. / P ERISCOPI/
