The Central Election Commission reports that the voting period has begun via mail for all Kosovo citizens who are registered to vote outside Kosovo and who have chosen this way of voting.
This (January 9th) period (February 8th, 2025) will apply only to citizens who have managed to register successfully as voters outside Kosovo and that during the census they are individually designated for the voting way: sending the ballot through the mail to one of the CEC's open mailboxes outside Kosovo, or sending the mail ballot to the CEC post box in Kosovo.
Kosovo's “citizens, who are registered to vote physically in one of the diplomatic representatives of the Republic of Kosovo, are announced that the voting process will be held on February 8th 2025”, reports CEC.
The Central Election Commission has personally announced all registered voters to vote via post for voting procedure.

“All Kosovo citizens who are registered to vote via mail, to send the package of balloting to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo or to any of the CEC mailboxes outside Kosovo, must follow the CEC's instructions for voting via post”, the CEC reports.
