A New York court acquitted Donald Trump of all charges of buying the silence of pornographic actress Stormy Daniels.

Merchan stated in court that outright release is “the only legal decision, without violating the highest post in the country”.
The unconditional release means that Trump will not be fined, not be sentenced on parole or prison.
Otherwise, the former president and future one was convicted last May of 34 counts of counterfeiting business data and hiding a $130,000 fee for porn star Daniels in the last weeks of Trump's first campaign in 2016.
The payment was made to ensure that Daniels would not discover that she had had sex with the married Trump years ago. Trump says her story is false and that he has done nothing wrong.
Trump is the first former American president to be prosecuted and the first former president convicted of a crime.
