Judge Aileen Canon today blocked publishing Smith's final report on his investigation into Trump.
Its order prevents Smith and the Department of Justice from moving ahead with the release of the report until the 11th US Court of Appeals has time to consider the urgent motion of Trump co-independents to block publication of the report.
Smith served as chief prosecutor of the Special Prosecution at The Hague, who filed charges against former KLA leaders.
