At this session, defendant Cvetkovic's defender, Jovana Filipovic, has said the prosecution has been obliged that at the moment of bringing up the indictment all evidence of the indictment was handed over, but this has not been done, so the same considered that this session cannot be held.
In this regard, special prosecutor At and Dema said the indictment was handed over on December 7th 2024, and according to him, considering that a large portion of the staff have been on leave because of the holidays, some of the evidence has been unable to surrender along with the indictment.

I, striking him continually in various parts of the body, where they had then fired guns toward J.Z., which was walking toward the Street. I, as a result of J.Z. She was killed.
On the other hand, the indictment says the defendants had continued to stab the deceased R.I. in various parts of the body and then in a pile of hot oak, they had both put their victims where R. He was still alive and had burned their bodies, this event which was seen by the eyewitness R.R.
Always according to the indictment, the high-ranking defendants, towards the village of Llova at the site called “Elbishta's Lug” had now banned the victims of R.D., S.J., J. H, A.R., the injured N.H. and N.H., who in threat of weapons had been forced to lie on the ground, controlled and then released by N.H.H., while shooting at the victims, as a result were killed by R.D., S.J., J.H., A.R. While the N.H. had ordered him to assemble the bodies of the victims and to put them on a pile of trees and then ordered him to lie down on the victims himself and had automatically fired on the injured N.H., who had received two wounds, one on his neck and on his left shoulder but who had survived his wounds.
Further in the indictment, it is said that in the village of Llovca while civilian populations were leaving with trailer tractors, members of this criminal group had begun shooting in their direction where the N.A. victim was wounded, which had changed their lives as a result of injuries, and was also injured by M.A., which was at the time two years old. And even at the exit of the village of Pograga, this criminal group had fired on victim N. R, who had changed his life as a result of his wounds.
The indictment also states that this criminal group had also abused victims F. H, B.M. and M. R, where these two were sent to an agricultural cooperative in the village of Pasyan, where they had been abused in inhumane forms.
