Smakqi accused Kurti Government of direct intervention in criminal procedure, even asking the Special Prosecutor to launch investigations.
“Ri-susion of investigators Idriz Gashi from the corrupt powers constitutes direct interference in the criminal procedure being carried out against Albin Kurti's subordinates in the KEK case and state reserve”, wrote, among other things, attorney Smakqi.

Kosovo's special prosecutor has to launch investigations since tonight and not tolerate any of the executive officials to prevent criminal procedure in cases open against officials of power.
The sponsors and sponsors of the suspension and re-partusion of Idriz Gashi, be it IPK or police superiors, are testifying that they are under the influence of the organised group of suspects and political powers all in order to prevent the criminal procedure where Albin Kurti is refusing to testify.
