The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, following the investigation, has filed an indictment today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against defendants J. St. Bosnian nationality, for the conduct of the criminal act: “wage war against civilian population”.
The defendant is charged that during the war in Kosovo, he has participated in the murder of three civilians of Albanian nationalism, which occurred at the Dula family home in Gjakova.
Also, investigations have revealed that the defendant has participated in the expulsion of the Dula family and the destruction of their property.
This criminal case has already passed the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina for further procedure.
The defendant is placed under custody under the court's decision of the Pre-Procedure Judge until a new verdict.
