The investigation has been closed and the file went to trial against 17 people, who are accused of planting entire hectares of greenhouses in the villages of Berat during 2021-2022.
Among the files were 95 women and girls, but 93 of them declared non-responsence. The defendants are charged with criminal acts “The production and sale of narcotics”, “Construction of narcotics plants”, “Chief of criminal acts by structured criminal group” and “production and weapons and ammunition storage”, predicted by net 283 paragraph 2, 284 paragraph 2, 2844, 333/3/Ch paragraph 2 and 334 points of the Penal Code, operations that are carried out in the RRS area, in a space of Rnetrall, from 1027th to 2xh times, where they found a four-s of the water-locked canal water source, and 33x3/4 points that's in front.

At the conclusion of the investigative activity under criminal prosecution no. 5, 2023, and after a two-year investigation of 113 (a hundred and thirteen) persons, including 95 women and girls, the Special Prosecutor has shared investigative acts. For 93 of these women and girls, it has been announced that no pain in the investigation and trial, sending acts to the Prosecution to the First Court of General Jurydiction, where criminal acts have been committed. Also, investigative acts have been divided into 3 (three) of those currently investigated, while investigations include other persons who have not yet been correctly identified.
After the investigation was completed, the Special Prosecutor has submitted 30.12.2024 to the Special Court against Corruption and Organised Crime, applying for the trial of the matter against the 17 defendants charged, linking acts of criminal prosecution no. 5/1, 2023.
