During the last 24 hours, the whole country has been involved in rainfall and snow, causing problems in moving vehicles on several road axes.
According to reports by Civil Emergency, some road axes have been blocked as a result of snowfall in all parts of the country.
Some administrative units are blocked in the Dibra district, while the most problematic situation is presented on the path of “Arbrit”, which has become impassable due to snowfall.
From the Ministry of Defence, it is suggested that a vehicle with three persons has been blocked by snow in the Moorza Qaf.
Today in the early morning hours, a “Buldozer” vehicle has been launched and an ambulance and emergency teams are currently trying to help stranded citizens.
Meanwhile, the OSSHE teams are working to restore electricity to some remote areas as soon as possible.

Road operations
In the district of Debar the path of “Arbrit” is impassable in the Qafe Murriz, having dense snowfall. The contractual firms are working on opening this axis.
Several administrative centres with key excises have been blocked in the Debar municipality; Lura, Sela, Luzni, Doda Castle and Zoll Darde.
In the Bulqiza municipality, administrative units Oftren, Trebish are blocked.
In the Klos municipality, secondary village roads linked to Suc, Gurs and Xiber centres have been blocked.
Several village streets related to the Maculke, Lis, Deryan and Komsi administrative centres have been blocked in Matt City.
The Bishop-Uluse road axis, in the country called Ulus Qafe, has been blocked due to the presence of snow, ice and winter-free vehicles. Today, circulation is accomplished normally.
The rural roads linking the Fushe-Arbush municipality to the Iball administrative unit and its villages are blocked.
In the Elbasan-Qafe street axis, at the place called the curves of the “mourash: there was an inert presence on the street. There were snowfalls in the neck that have made the circulation of heavy vehicles difficult.
