Shala visits the family of hero Halim Bajraktari: He was my friend and my associate since the early hours of the freedom struggle.

PDK deputy candidate Ferat Shala has visited the hero's family, Halim Bajraktari, who carried the nickname "Hodza" where he met with his father Ramadani and his son Halimi.

” The hero of the Halim Bajraktari Nation was one of those Albanians who love the nation and their homeland, as well as belief in God, had turned it into a source of strength to resist the invading enemy, writes Shala.

In the family of hero Halim Bajraktari, who was killed in April 1999 at the Gradine Stone. I met his father, Baca Ramadana and his son Halimi, who proudly bears the name of the hero. I was honored by the hospitality of the Halim family, who was my friend and fellow soldier since the early hours of our freedom struggle.

Halimi carried the nickname “Hoja,” evidence of his devotion to his faith and religious education. Nation hero Halim Bajraktari was one of those Albanians who loved nation and country, as well as belief in God, had turned it into a source of strength to resist the invading enemy.

Halimi was not the first member of this large Albanian family to give its life for their homeland, thus following a modern patriotic tradition that has characterised this family over the generations.
