Enver Hadri, chairman of the Committee for Human Rights Protection in Kosovo, was killed in his car while stopping at the red light in Saint-Gilles on February 25th 1990.

Professional judges and twelve lawyers have provided no relief circumstances for the three convicts, condemning them all to life imprisonment, maximum sentence.
On February 25, 1990, about 4: 00 p.m., Enver Hadri was in his car, stopped at red lights when another vehicle stopped by him.
The passenger window of this vehicle was shot, according to witnesses. Enver Hadri, 49 years old that world, was shot in the head and died.
The investigation, which lasted several years, concluded it was a political assassination ordered by the intelligent services of the former Yugoslavia, with logistical assistance from the Belgrade underworld.
