The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced accused Medjan Rexhepi's two thousand-euro fines to the charge that special prosecutors Milot Krasniqi and Valdet Gashi are in charge of inviting Prime Minister Albin Kurti for the interview.
That decision comes after accused Rexhepi had reached agreement on admitting guilt with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.
The indictment against Rexhepi was proclaimed Tuesday by Judge Sabit Sadikuj, who said the accused is obliged to pay the 15-day fine from the day of full might of the act. If the accused does not pay a fine, the same is replaced by prison.
The accused does not continue the house arrest measure, and the pronounced sentence counts the time spent in house arrest.
Judge Sadij indicated that after the full might of this decision, Rexhepi will return the seized passport. While damaged parties are eligible for presumption of property-juridic demand in legal-civil conflict, reports “Justice Vow “.

In this case, defendant Rexhepi was charged with criminal work “Caning” by Article 181, pregarf 3 linked to Pargraph 1 and 2 Penal Code.
