A 75-year-old former RTP cameraman, Kosovo war cameraman and RTK pensioner Fatmir Bajrami has changed his life.
RTK management and workers have expressed the most sincere condolences to the Bajrami family.
”Bajram was like the first camera teacher for many of our new colleagues and with his long experience influenced the growth of programming quality at RTK”, the report said.
Fatmir Bajrami was born on July 25th 1949 in Pristina, until his studies on film cameras were conducted in Paris. In 1975, after completing his studies, he started work in RTP, up to measures establishing occupation measures, to continue as RTK worker with his establishment until retirement in 2014.
It was among the first filmmakers in Kosovo, with several projects realised including: The Love of the Nemuna Bees, Buka and scuba, the Exile Prison. During the 1990 ' s, he has been actively involved in the implementation of various musical and artistic projects as well as political activities.
During wartime, he has worked voluntarily, but also as a correspondent with the France 2 television team and through his camera has brought images from the front of the war and refugee camps.
