The news was made by Italian police, who adds that they have detained a suspected person for the event, reports A2. CNN.
Kaya was the head of a foreign company and was found dead at the Smurfi Kappa paper factory in Lunata Tuesday night.
At first, the authorities speculated about an accident or an illness while working.
The victim was found with a head injury, and doctors suspected that he had fallen from a height.
But now the hypothesis appears that he may have been hit with a firearm that has not yet been found.
The alleged author of the event is another Albanian, who has been questioned by authorities, in the presence of the lawyer, but his testimony is contradictory.
