He has said the Pristina municipality has broken the record in realising the budget this year over 80%.
“The main challenge is that of being a drifter. The capital has only addressed this problem by stimulating adoption. So far we've given up 600 stray dogs, and they're demands for 1,000. I hope the new year will be co-operative”, Rama said during the presentation “Capital success and challenges in 2024 and plans for 2025”.
