The electoral panel for Ances and Paraseta has rejected the VVU's complaint on the Serbian List's Certificate.
Decision reportedly “HU IT IS beyond unfair complaints Anr. 16/2025 of the date 08.01.2025, presented by the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV), headquartered in Pristina, submitted against the Central Election Commission, The CEC, which has asked the CEC's decision no. 01-2328-2024, date 3112.24, and ordering the CEC to make the decision”.
The Serbian list had managed to certificate at the CEC meeting, but after the complaint, P ZAP had given this party the right. Thus, the VV on January 2nd had again complained in PZAP against the Serbian List Certificate decision to participate in the election. According to them, Republika Srpska's certificates are illegal.
