Prosecutor recommends two years in prison, 9 thousand euros in Serbian fines that attacked KFOR

The prosecution has recommended that the same for two criminal acts be pronounced two years in effective prison terms and six months which could be replaced by nine thousand euros in fines.
At the trial hearing, Judge Valon Kurtaj said an agreement has been reached between the prosecution and indictees for admitting guilt for two criminal acts.
Special Prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu said that with the defendant and his lawyer present, the plea agreement has been reached.
The defendant in this agreement has entered freely, and after consulting enough with his lawyer we have reached the plea agreement for these two criminal acts, which for criminal acts against the official person committed in co-ordination, we have recommended that effective prison sentences be pronounced two years in which the detention period of 15,11,2024 will be counted under that sentence. While for the other criminal work for participation in the crowd has been committed criminal acts and hooliganism, the six-month prison sentence to be pronounced with the possibility of being fined with a amount of 9 thousand euros”, the special prosecutor said.
Justice Valon Kurtaj said this agreement is approved, as well as the conviction of the accused.
Dantic was involved in the attack on KFOR on May 29th, 2023.
On that day, some 30 KFOR soldiers remained during attempts to disperse protesters gathered near the municipal facility in Zvecan.
