The prosecution charges three people in case “Albkings”

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports he has filed charges against F.P., E.N., and E.S., regarding the case “Albkings”.

The State Prosecutor reports that the indictment in this case was established after an ongoing investigative work.

<x) Against defendants burdens criminal acts “ID and credentials in co-ordination” by Article 277/H, paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of Law No. 08/L-158 for the fulfillment and change of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and for articles 31 and 77 of KPRK, “Survey” from Article 329, paragraph 1 related to KPRK Article 77 and “The” tightening by Article 192, KPRK's paragraph 1”, says the announcement.

It becomes known that the three defendants have reached agreement with the Prosecutor for pleas.

“With the case of setting up the indictment, the State Prosecutor has filed the indictment along with relevant plea agreements, which have been reached between the State Prosecutor and indictees”, the prosecution reports.

We remember that former administration of “Albkings”, Edin Navzadi, had been arrested on April 17th 2024, under suspicion of having committed criminal work “ID and credentials”. He was released from custody in October 2024.

In the Prosecutor's File, provided by “Justice Trust“, it was said that there is a suspicion that in the continuation of November 2023 through February 12th 2024 in Obilic and other Kosovo cities, in quality of one of the group's “Albkings” on the Telegram app and acting in co-ordination with persons NN yet unidentified, Navzad has offered and distributed to third persons without access to photos and videos of the AA victim, and the BB's phone number, as if the same offers sexual services. /Betimy for Justice
