The activities of several illegal institutions operating in Kosovo

Kosovo police, under official duty and legal and constitutional authorisations, commit themselves to maintaining order and public security, undertaking police measures to conform the situation and developments at the country level, including providing security to all citizens indiscriminately.
Kosovo police with its relevant units, today in the early morning hours, in co-operation and co-ordination with relevant institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, have conducted a broad police operation -- the operation extended to several areas of Kosovo: DDRP Pristina, DDRP Gjilan, DDRP Gjakova and DDRP Mitrovica South, for cutting off activities of several illegal institutions operating as municipalities, posts, banks, etc., which provided illegal services, against constitutional order and positive laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
The purpose of the police operation is to establish order and legitimacy, where Kosovo Police, based on the request of the Ministry of Management of Local Power, have assisted officials of this ministry, as well as the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade, to disrupt the illegal activities of these institutions.
All police actions have been carried out in co-operation and co-ordination with competent institutions, depending on the findings, the further legal measures will be taken in co-operation and co-ordination with justice organs.
