The Ministry of Internal Affairs has published an informative guide on the procedure for re-profit of citizenship, as well as documents that are needed.
Presenting demands for re-profit citizenship must be made personally near municipal administration on the territory of which the forger has residence. The formula for this lies in the Civil State Office.
For cases where the foreman has the native Republic of Kosovo, the request could be revealed at the nearest diplomatic or consular representation of the Republic of Kosovo in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munchen and Stutgart).
The documents needed for application for under 18 years of age are: The application formula, birth certificate, the copy of the obvious valid photo identification document, valid photo identification documents for both parents, testimony from the Community Property Office on Meeting Tax Obligations, certificates from the Parents Civil Status registry, or any other valid evidence that testifies to parental citizenship, child consent from 14 to 18 years old.
“All documents that the forger offers the demand for citizenship gain must be translated into one of the official languages of the Republic of Kosovo (from the authorized translator). If the documents are not from EU member states, the Schengen area, Great Britain and the United States, they must be sealed with seal or style or with the verifiating stamp”, the guide says.
The other documents needed are evidence from the Criminal Procedure, which confirms that there is no criminal procedure under way and is not convicted of criminal acts, released by the competent foreign state body, whose citizen is the front-runner of the request and state in which he has had his last residence, not older than six months.
Another document required is evidence that the applicant possesses enough material to ensure his own living and those for which he is responsible, without using social schemes, as well as a written oath where he accepts the constitutional and juridic order of the Republic of Kosovo.
