Not only for this year but also last year is it ignorant and this is anti-legal that prisoners have the right to compete for the punishment and the normal that those who deserve and have good conduct should be given and the pardon of the sentence says Zogaj.
Zogaj added that there have been reactions also by human rights organisations, and that it is very important to respect the legal rights of prisoners.
