The presidency of Kosovo has said decisions on the Certificate of political parties should be Collegiant within the Central Election Commission.
Bekim Kupina, adviser to President Osmani, has said the law defines this procedure.
The decision-making procedures in the CEC are clearly defined by law. As for the party certificate process, Article 63.4 The Law defines this as a college decision. Moreover, the principles and rules set out in Article 14, related to this process must be taken into account. Respecting these procedures is vital to ensure the constitutional and legitimate functioning of the CEC” The Cup said on Klan Kosova.
