The Central Election Commission has held its next meeting for the February 9th National Elections today.
The first item of the agenda was the work of the CEC Secretariat, the department representative in question has shown how many reports have been sent to the number of voters by mail, as the deadline for these voters was opened on January 9th.
“Linked to preparations for voting through mail that began on January 9th, 2025, started sending emails through the electronic platform, where they sent every voter custom reports about the voting phase through mail, where, according to the way voters are defined, reports were sent to them for voting via mail in CEC mailboxes and to CEC mail boxes outside Kosovo<11.
So in January 9th and 10th of 2025, we have sent personal reports of 84 thousand and 509 voters, this number of voters, is the number of voters that in the application phase are scheduled to vote via mail. Whether sending the voting package to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo and in CEC mailboxes outside Kosovo”, the secretariat representative has said.
