To enable the voting of registered persons with special needs, the CEC says it will engage mobile teams in each municipality on February 9th 2025.
The registration process of these voters has started on 4 January and will be completed on 5 February 2025.
In order to facilitate the registration of these voters, the CEC has operated the platform online: https://vpnv.kqz-x.org/
Voters with special needs include these categories:
I. People with limited illness or ability because they cannot leave home;
2 / 1 People with limited movement in institutions, such as hospitals, homes for the elderly and shelters; and
3 / 1 People under particular circumstances who cannot go to the polls for security reasons or are under house arrest.
